Home Habit Audit

$0.00

Your home is always saying something.

Not in the way a decorated room says something. In the way that real people moving through real days together, over and over, build a culture out of the habits they repeat without thinking about them. Your children are reading that culture before they can name it. They know what is valued here. They know how hard things are handled. They know what this house feels like before anyone opens their mouth.

Most of us have never stopped to ask what our home is actually communicating. We are too inside it.

The Home Habit Audit is a free workbook built to help you step back and listen. It is not a quiz. It will not give you a score or tell you what kind of mom you are. It is a set of honest exercises walking through nine ordinary parts of your day, morning, mealtimes, the hour everyone walks back in the door, evenings, bedtime, screens, conflict and correction, friendships and community, and faith, asking what is genuinely happening right now. Not your ideal day. The actual one.

From there, you will sit with a second set of questions designed to help you name the gap between what you believe and what your home is actually practicing. And finally, an honest assessment, without judgment, of where you currently stand.

This is a starting point, not a grade. The most useful thing you can do with it is tell the truth.

Twenty minutes. A quiet space. A pen you will actually write with. That is all this takes.

The rhythm of your home determines everything. And you cannot change what you have not seen clearly.
