Some days you ran the whole classroom party. Other days you lost your phone while holding it.
Same woman, different day.
Take the quiz and see which mom showed up today. You will get one result and one rhythm to try, nothing to score and nothing to fix by Friday.
A result is a starting point, not a label
Whichever mom you got, you are not stuck being her. Before you were an ADHD mom or a Type A mom or a mom of tweens, you were a daughter of God. Your identity is settled in Christ, and Scripture says there is no condemnation for those who are in him (Romans 8:1). The result just names where you are standing today so you can build from there.
Why rhythms and not another system
You have probably tried a better planner. So have I. A rhythm is different. It is a handful of repeatable anchors that bring your heart back to center, built for the brain and the season you actually have. It bends when the shift runs long, the toddler gets sick, or the week goes sideways.
Not sure what is underneath it?
Your result tells you which mom showed up. It does not tell you what your home is saying. If you want to look at that, take the five-question home reflection, then come back to your rhythm.
Want to build it into your whole home?
When you are ready to go past a single rhythm, The Faithful Home walks you through who you are in Christ, your family's values, your correction rhythm, and the daily rhythms that hold it together. If you want to see your actual day first, start with the free Home Habit Audit.
